‘Of Amethyst and Malachite’, Visual Tribute to Fabergé

Master jeweller of royalty and aristocracy, Fabergé was a man (and a brand) of unparalleled craft skills and refined tastes. In this experimental project, I ventured to deconstruct Fabergé iconic photo frames in their essential components, hard stones and metal features, in an attempt to reach a modern and playful synthesis of what it takes to make a ‘Fabergé’.
